The order delivery time consists of two segments:
Processing time: 1 to 3 working days.
Delivery time: 15 to 25 working days.
(Note: We don't ship orders during weekends).
The order will be processed within 1 to 3 days, and the package transportation will take approximately 15 to 25 working days. If you have not received the package after more than 30 days, please contact us in time. Hope you understand.
Starting from the second day of order processing, you usually receive a tracking number. This means that your package has been handed over to the logistics carrier. From then on, we will not be able to modify the package address, nor can we cancel the delivery or withdraw it.
Tracking information usually needs to be updated after reaching the destination country and completing customs clearance, which takes some time.

You have the flexibility to cancel your order or modify your shipping address at any time before we send your package to the logistics carrier. However, once the product is shipped, if the package cannot be delivered due to an inaccurate address, we will not be able to provide refunds or address change services. Hope you understand.
